Description

1.

Access eCitie Portal

The City Operator logs into the portal using COIN and PIN, or registers for a new COIN if needed.

2.

Outdoor Advertising Firm Selection

The applicant selects "Outdoor Advertising Firm" to apply for the annual subscription.

3.

COIN Validation

eCitie validates whether the COIN is registered with an Outdoor Advertising Firm.

4.

Registration Form

Complete and Submitting the Application Form.

5.

PRN generation

The applicant selects a payment mode to generate a PRN for payment of the subscription fee of UGX 2,000,000.

6.

Payment for Subscription:

Upon successful submission, the applicant makes payment for the Annual Operational Certificate.

7.

Certificate Issuance

eCitie issues the Annual Operational Certificate, valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Choose the “Outdoor Advertising Tool” to start the application process.

3.

Form Completion

Fill out and submit the application form with required details.

4.

Application Fee Payment

Pay the application fee, and receive an updated application status.

5.

Application Review

The submitted application undergoes review, with a decision to approve or reject.

6.

Advertising Fee Payment

If applicable, pay advertising fees for tool approval.

7.

Certificate Issuance

Receive either an issued permit for approved applications or a rejection notice if the application is declined.
